Feature:
This machine is mainly customized for the paper straw printed, use the enviromental protecition-EP soybean oil ink for the flexo printed.
1.Adopt the ceramic anilox roller to spread ink, excellent printing quality,DPI from 300-1000
2.Separated unwinding device, use the air cylinder to load the jumbo roll material, max unwinding diameter 1000mm
3.The main motor adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation
4. Unwinding and rewinding controlled by magnetic brake, cluth control( optional: Japan Mitbubishi auto tension controller)
5. Printing unit use 360 degree adjustment for web,Seamless printing or seam printed is all okay
6. Every printing unit has one IR dryer
7. The ink roller can be auto break away and running at low speed to prevent ink from drying

we have own QC department in our factory to make sure that our products are all in very good quality before ship out to our customers
Quality control:
Before order to the production department, we will confirm the order for the equipment and the extra requirement and datasheet again with the customers
We will inspect the different process of the production from the beginning, and update the status of the order with our customer by sending photos or videos
Each parts of machine will be checked carefully before packaging
Before shipment, customer could sent one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problems occurred
